I think the above mentioned tips can not only bring you happiness but also give you many more years to live. Exercise and diet doesn’t have to be a bad thing if you look at it in the right context. Many people will use exercise as a way to meet others who also want to improve their health and as a way to socialize. Anyway you look at it, your body is the only one you have so why not treat it good and eat healthy and in return keep the insurance costs down..
